Israel is disrespectning UN Charters
The only accepted use of violence and force is in self-defense and it is explained by the UN charter article 51 and alliances similar to NATO is based upon this article, “Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defense if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security.” It is important to notify that this article is an exception of article 2(4) in the UN charter. Sadly there are states which do not respect article 2(4) and uses self-defense in a wrongdoing matter. This problem has occurred in the conflict of Israel and Palestine. Israel built a wall occupying most of the Palestinians. If we should follow this action by a judicially court based on the international laws which have been written Israel would have committed an illegal action based on misusing article 51, (with the self-defense that the wall is built to prohibit Palestinian terror attacks to occur on Israeli soil), and al through disrespect article 2(4). Even if Israel is exposed by Palestinian attacks the Israeli state has no legal right to occupy Palestinian territory.
